Urban renovation and demolition projects generate highly heterogenous waste streams comprising heavy concrete rubble, brick fragments, soil, rebar, packaging plastics, and textiles. Processing this mixed feedstock poses significant operational hurdles:

High Equipment Wear: Directly crushing unsorted debris causes severe wear on crusher blow bars and jaws due to trapped rebar and tramp metal.

Guoxin Group engineered a fully enclosed, automated mechanical sorting line tailored to Hebei’s high-throughput C&D waste requirements.

- Heavy-Duty Reception & Incline Conveying: Wheel loaders and excavators feed raw, mixed renovation waste into an underground receiving hopper. Heavy-duty incline belt conveyors continuously transfer material into the enclosed processing hall.
- Magnetic Metal Extraction: An industrial overband magnetic separator positioned above the main conveyor line continuously pulls out rebar, wire mesh, and iron hardware, discharging clean ferrous scrap into a dedicated container.
- Dynamic Air & Screen Classification (GX-75-2200 Unit): Material enters Guoxin’s high-efficiency GX-75-2200 separator. Controlled air currents combined with mechanical vibration separate light materials from dense fractions.
