Mixed solid sorting principle
Urban waste, construction waste, or stale waste enters the plate feeder — Belt conveyor — Waste trommel screen (which has mesh sizes of 10-200mm. can sort waste according to material size — Magnetic separator (sorting metal) — Air separation (Screening waste by material weight).
Through this series of sorting processes, plastic bottles, rubber, metals, cardboard, hard plastics, etc., are selected. Finally, the selected light materials are balled by the baller machine.
