Introduction Of Magnetic Separation Equipment :

Guote RCYD Self-cleaning Permanent Magnetic Separation Equipment suspended magnetic separator is specifically designed for extracting and recovering ferromagnetic materials from conveyed materials. When the ferromagnetic material on the conveyor belt enters the magnetic field range, it is attracted by the magnet and pulled onto the conveyor belt.
It(for belt conveyor) is made up of permanent magnetic chips, an iron-discharging belt, a reducer, a frame, and a roller, etc., and can match with all kinds of conveyors.
It is used to eliminate ferromagnetic material weighing from 0.1kg to 35kg. We adopt the computerized simulation and make it still work in a harsh environment for a long period.

Working Principle of Magnetic Separator:

The garbage contains a certain amount of ferromagnetic metal. The size and total amount of the metal materials are small, so they can be selected out by the action of magnetism.

A magnetic separator is installed above the belt conveyor for the screened material and above the belt conveyor after magnetic separation to recover the metal materials. The metal materials are adsorbed on the outer surface of the discharge belt of the magnetic separator and fall into the collection box as the discharge belt moves for recycling and sale.
