Workshop Trial Highlights & Key Testing Steps

During the August 17 trial run, Guoxin Group engineers conducted comprehensive material processing checks on the newly assembled shredding unit:

• PLC Control System Inspection

Engineers initiated the trial by inspecting the integrated PLC electrical control cabinet. Voltage stability, soft-start capabilities, and real-time current monitoring were calibrated to ensure immediate automated reverse action upon torque overload.

• Multi-Material Feeding & Shearing Test

  • Rigid Plastic Processing: High-density plastic crates were fed directly into the hopper. The counter-rotating dual shafts grabbed the bulky containers without slippage, shearing them into manageable flakes within seconds.

  • Wood & Biomass Shredding: Heavy wood blocks and thick timber scraps were processed immediately after. The hardened cutter teeth bite deep into dense fibers, demonstrating continuous processing capability without motor strain.

• Output Size & Fiber Discharge Inspection

Manual inspection of the discharged material underneath the cutter box confirmed clean, consistent size reduction. Wood pieces were transformed into uniform fibrous chips, while plastic items were reduced to clean fragments—making both streams ideal for downstream RDF production, boiler combustion, or plastic recycling lines.
