1. Project Background & Operational Demands
In Hunan Province, strict environmental policies require industrial recycling operations to meet rigid indoor noise and dust-mitigation standards. The client needed a heavy-duty, high-throughput C&D waste sorting line capable of running inside a newly constructed high-bay facility without generating ambient air pollution.
Key Operational Challenges:
- Massive Volumetric Input: Raw material contained heavy concrete blocks mixed with high proportions of crushed red bricks, soil, and light packaging debris.
- Indoor Layout Optimization: Equipment had to be arranged to maximize material drop clearances while leaving substantial indoor floor area for raw material stockpiles and finished product storage bays.
- High Output Purity: Downstream brick-making and concrete batching required clean recycled sand free from wood, paper, and light plastic films.
