1. Project Background & Operational Demands

In Hunan Province, strict environmental policies require industrial recycling operations to meet rigid indoor noise and dust-mitigation standards. The client needed a heavy-duty, high-throughput C&D waste sorting line capable of running inside a newly constructed high-bay facility without generating ambient air pollution.

Key Operational Challenges:

• Massive Volumetric Input: Raw material contained heavy concrete blocks mixed with high proportions of crushed red bricks, soil, and light packaging debris.
• Indoor Layout Optimization: Equipment had to be arranged to maximize material drop clearances while leaving substantial indoor floor area for raw material stockpiles and finished product storage bays.
• High Output Purity: Downstream brick-making and concrete batching required clean recycled sand free from wood, paper, and light plastic films.

   The entire line is sheltered under a high-span steel structure workshop, protecting equipment from weather and containing operational dust.

2. Heavy-Duty Incline Conveyor Network:

   Reinforced rubber belts transport high-tonnage concrete blocks and brick rubble efficiently to elevated screening units.

3. Guoxin Pneumatic Air Classifier:

   Utilizes high-velocity air streams to separate light density contaminants (woven plastic, foam, and paper) from dense aggregates, depositing light fractions into dedicated concrete bunker bays.

4. Concrete Partitions & Integrated Bunkers:

   Heavy-duty concrete retaining walls at the discharge end separate light fractions, preventing cross-contamination and facilitating wheel-loader access.

5. Centralized Industrial PLC Control Panel:

   An outdoor-rated control cabinet with simple touchscreen controls allows operators to adjust conveyor speeds, VFD settings, and emergency stops in real time.
