On July 12, 2026, commissioning engineers verified the continuous, high-tonnage operational performance of our latest custom-engineered Aged Waste Sorting Plant deployed in Wenchang, Hainan. Tropical landfill sites present a notorious engineering bottleneck: decades of subterranean compaction combined with high regional humidity cause the excavated waste to become highly sticky, volatile, and tangled with dense, moisture-laden humus soil and degraded plastics.
Standard trommel screens frequently suffer from material blinding and wrapping under these conditions. To overcome this, the Wenchang project site utilizes a specialized, heavy-duty mechanical separation grid designed by Guoxin Group.
2. Technical Infrastructure & Sorting Flow on Site
The raw, excavated municipal aged waste is processed through a highly synchronized mechanical sequence, visible in our active site operations:
- Bulk Mechanical Intake:
A heavy-duty hydraulic excavator continuously feeds the raw, unsegregated aged waste into an oversized, high-torque industrial receiving hopper. The hopper is engineered with reinforced structural anti-bridging walls to handle massive, non-uniform bulk impacts without choking.
- Multi-Shaft Dynamic Screening Deck:
From the hopper, the material flows directly onto our advanced, multi-axis roller/star screening matrix. Driven by a series of high-efficiency synchronized green gearboxes, the multi-shaft design creates a continuous undulating wave movement. This aggressively agitates the sticky waste, shearing the heavy humus soil away from tangled plastic films and textiles.

Anti-Clogging & High-Purity Output:
Unlike conventional screens, this dynamic deck completely prevents long-chain polymers from wrapping around the shafts, maintaining a continuous cleaning action.

Humus Soil Extraction:
The separated fine fraction—nutrient-rich, stable humus soil—is dropped onto an elevated, high-velocity discharge conveyor belt, continuously forming clean stockpile matrices ready for urban greening or sanitary backfilling.
