Introduction of the Bag Opener

The bag opener (bag breaker)machine is used to open plastic bags, woven bags, and other waste bags, then convey the material to the sorting and crushing system. This equipment replaces traditional manual bag-cutting, improving sorting efficiency.
The bag opener machine uses main and auxiliary bag opener blades of different shapes that rotate at different speeds in opposite directions to cut through plastic bags, woven bags, etc. It features a user-friendly stepless speed control design, and PLC control allows for easy forward rotation for bag breaking and reverse rotation for releasing tangled materials.

Working Principle Of the Bag Opener

Through the rotating movement between the rotating movable knife and the fixed knife, use working gap is used to ensure that the rotating knife does not collide with the fixed knife, and the bagged garbage is broken to achieve the effect of separating the garbage from the plastic bag. When the material is too large, the force of the fixed knife changes. When the external force is greater than the spring thrust, the gap between the fixed knife and the movable knife will increase accordingly to ensure normal work
