The Process: From Loose Film to Solid Energy
Phase 1: Primary Shredding (Volume Reduction)
Plastic films are notorious for being “light and bulky,” making them difficult to feed directly into forming machines. Our Primary Shredder first reduces the large rolls and loose films into uniform strips.

Key Tech: High-torque, low-speed shearing to prevent the film from melting or wrapping around the blades.
Phase 2: Secondary Fine Shredding (Size Control)
To achieve high-density RDF, the material size must be strictly controlled. The primary shredded film passes through our Secondary Fine Shredder, reducing the particle size to <30mm.

Why this matters: Consistent particle size ensures even feeding into the RDF forming machine, preventing air pockets within the final fuel rod.
Phase 3: High-Pressure RDF Forming
The finely shredded material is then conveyed into the RDF Forming Machine. Under high pressure (without any chemical binders), the plastic fibers are compressed into high-density fuel rods.

Result: The final RDF rods exhibit high mechanical strength and are optimized for long-distance transport and stable combustion in industrial boilers.
