The RDF briquette press machine can press agricultural and forestry wastes,industrial solid waste into RDF briquettes by high-speed compression.Increase the proportion of biomass, extend the burning time, and facilitate storage and transportation.
The machine is consisted of forming system,outlet,heating ring and control cabinet.The finished cube briquette is easy to storage and transportation.Widey used for heating stove,power plant and biogas fermentation.The raw mateirals can be waste solid waste,biomass,wood sawdust,garbage derived fuel,waste paper,cow dung manure,paper,waste clothes.etc.
The finished briquette shape can be shape or round. The calorific value of the formed fuel rod is as high as 5000kcal/kg, and it has the characteristics of high density, stable calorific value, easy transportation, easy storage, low pollution, and low emission of toxic substances.
The produced RDF particles have a diameter of 30mm, a length of 50mm, and a moisture content of about 13%, and are widely used in waste power plants, cement plants, and boiler plants to prepare fuel
The Process Of Waste RDF Briquette Press Machine
