Introduction:
A combined air separator, also known as a drum density separator.
consists of a centrifugal fan, a rotating drum separation unit, a belt conveyor, and a connected settling chamber. Based on aerodynamic principles, the air separator uses a controlled airflow as the separation medium. Under the influence of this controlled airflow, materials are separated according to density and particle size.
The airflow carries lighter materials (such as paper, plastic bags, and films) upwards or horizontally towards the settling chamber, where they are discharged via a light material discharge conveyor. Heavier materials, unable to withstand their weight due to the rising airflow, fall to the ground or settle horizontally due to inertia on a heavy material discharge conveyor, and are discharged. Therefore, the air separation process is based on the settling characteristics of various solid wastes in the air, achieving the goal of classified recycling and reuse.

Working Principle And Parameter:
The air separator machine uses an aerodynamic theory to blow and winnow waste, then light waste material and heavy waste material are separated. such as paper, plastic bags, plastic films, textile, etc., and other light waste materials are discharged from the side outlet, and heavy wastes (such as glass, metal, wood, stone) come out of the outlet below. The air volume and wind pressure of the waste air separator machine are adjustable.
