A PET Bottle Recycling Line is an automated industrial system designed to transform post-consumer plastic bottles into clean, high-value PET flakes. These flakes can be reused for polyester fiber production, strapping, or—with advanced decontamination—food-grade packaging (Bottle-to-Bottle).

The Process: Engineering for “Food-Grade” Purity

De-baling & Pre-sorting: Automated bale breakers loosen the bottles, followed by a Trommel Screen to remove stones, sand, and small metal fragments.

Patented Label Removal: Our high-speed Label Remover uses adjustable blades to peel off 98%+ of PVC/Paper labels without damaging the PET bottles.

Wet Crushing: Heavy-duty crushers reduce bottles into 12-18mm flakes while spraying water to perform initial cleaning and reduce blade wear.

Gravity Separation (Sink-Float Tank): Utilizing the density difference between PET ($>1g/cm^3$) and PP/PE caps ($<1g/cm^3$), our tanks automatically skim off the floating caps.

Hot Washing & Friction Scrubbing: Using a caustic soda ($NaOH$) solution in our Hot Washer to dissolve persistent glues and oily residues.

Drying & Zig-Zag Separation: A centrifugal dryer removes moisture, followed by a Zig-Zag Air Classifier that sucks away any remaining fine labels or dust.
