Why Single-Shaft Shredders Cannot Meet Production Needs in Complex Waste Processing
In October 2024, independent tests conducted by the National Solid Waste Resource Utilization Testing Center on construction waste, waste household appliances, and mixed waste of light materials clearly identified the bottleneck: Traditional single-shaft equipment experiences a sharp drop in processing efficiency when materials fluctuate greatly and have complex compositions, and is prone to entanglement and blockage.

Working Principle of the Dual-Track Independent Shredding and Sorting System
We did not simply enlarge the size of individual machines, but integrated two independently driven, collaboratively controlled shredding and sorting modules on a single production line, achieving synchronous operation throughout the entire process of “pre-sorting—parallel shredding—intelligent sorting”.
